Julia Wrege, who grew up bilingual in Polish and German, was born in 1993 in Hamm (Westphalia). After completing her high school education, she began her studies in Slavic Studies and Literary Studies at Humboldt University in Berlin in 2012. After becoming a certified healthcare and nursing professional in 2014, she has been working in the intensive care unit since 2018. In 2021, she became a mother to a daughter and simultaneously started her studies in nutrition science. After spending two years in Bavaria, she returned to North Rhine-Westphalia with her small family and can now officially call herself a resident of Düsseldorf. Julia is the founder of the "Globus Publications House." Her wide and multicultural range of interests is constantly inspired and expanded by literature. Her publishing house allows authors and illustrators to express themselves in books and images. She greatly values the cultural significance of books in world history and wants to pass on this treasure to engage people of all ages, especially the youngest members of our society, in other worlds and to address developmental-specific topics. After all, books tell stories, open the door to language, and connect generations.
