Julie Ann (Jae) Toomey is an author, mom, and mental wellness life coach. Her battles with bipolar disorder, anxiety, and PTSD have compelled her to raise awareness to help others who are struggling. She lives in Utah with her husband, David, and their 2 adorable boys. She works in the medical field and owns a business on the side with her husband. She enjoys reading, writing, but not arithmetic. Woodworking, knife throwing, and crochet are some other hobbies she has. David says she’s the perfect amount of eccentric. Even though she's been through a lot in her life, she feels it's worth it if she can reach out to someone and help them.
