Karen Brown, a poet and former university educator, founded Bridge Arrow, a Chicago-based management consultancy, to boost business profitability by emphasizing return on equity for investors, shareholders, and employees. With over 35 years of corporate experience, she has held senior executive roles at notable organizations such as Baker McKenzie, Baxter, Monsanto, Rockwell Collins, and Sodexo.
