Karen Nelson Bell is the founder of Live Young!, a company devoted to the advocacy of healthy living, a best-selling author (“Nothing Down for Women”), a life-long award-winning artist in multiple mediums (music, stage, TV) and the poster child for living an attractive, vigorous life at any age.
