Kate is the managing partner at Istoria, where she works alongside her husband (of 20+ years), Harris III, and is passionate about guiding people to transform their natural defiance into purposeful action and meaningful change. When she's not helping clients craft their own rebellions, creating memorable experiences through conferences and live events, or speaking to audiences about transformation, she's busy being a wife to Harris, mom to Jude, Everly and Mylo, baking her beloved sourdough bread, and dreaming of the next big roll of the dice from her home in Nashville, TN.
