Katherine Saad Feghali was born in Beirut to Lebanese American parents. She studied at the American University of Beirut, the University of Texas at Austin and earned a Masters of Science degree in Industrial Psychology at California State University, Long Beach. She has worked in ergonomics, human resources and management consulting in both the U.S. and Lebanon. Kathy visits Lebanon frequently and is the founder of Education and Opportunities for Lebanon. This charitable organization has helped over a hundred schools and thousands of students across the country. A confirmed foodie, Kathy believes everyone should have one meal on their bucket list—Lebanese mezza with arak—preferably enjoyed with friends in the scenic mountains of Lebanon. Kathy is a mother to four children and lives in McLean, VA with her husband.
