Kathy Kleiman is an author, lawyer, professor and storyteller. Her passion for learning about the ENIAC Programmers led her to find them, research their work, and interview four of the original six ENIAC Programmers while they were still with us. These interviews became the basis of an award-winning documentary, “The Computers,” in 2014 and now the book “Proving Ground” in July 2022. Kathy founded the ENIAC Programmers Project to research early women in computing and restore them to their proper place in history- hopefully inspiring young women and young men to pursue careers in computing. www.eniacprogrammers.org.
