Katie Carey created the Soulful Valley Publishing House in May 2021. International Best-Selling Author Katie hosts the Soulful Valley Podcast, which ranks globally in the Top 1%. Katie uses both the podcast and the multi-author books as a platform to help metaphysical coaches, energy healers, authors, and creative business owners elevate their work so that the people they are here to serve can find it. Formerly the founder of STAGES, an alternative mental health charity for seven years, Katie is an advocate for Mental Health and Emotional well-being, particularly since her health was affected when she was ill-health retired due to disabilities at the Age of 48, with conditions brought about by trauma and a lifetime of toxic relationships. Katie loves blending science and spirituality and collaborates with people on the same wavelength in her multi-author books. Most authors have stories of synchronicities that led them to write books with Katie. Katie aims to introduce these concepts and ideas to more people who are seeking ways to support their mental, spiritual, emotional, and physical well-being. Katie has a history of working in TV, radio, and theatre as an actress and singer, which she manifested in her life in her teens. Katie lives in a Northamptonshire Village in the UK, where she is a Mum to three adult children and “Nanny Katie” to her grandchildren. Katie has made it her life’s work to educate people to find healthier solutions and break free from ancestral, toxic, and generational patterns of lack and trauma. Katie is passionate about raising consciousness and currently does this through her work as a mentor, coach, podcaster, author, and publisher, as well as through her songs and poetry.
