Born Brent Kimberley Hurst in Santa Monica, California, he was raised in a highly artistic family. His mother formerly an actress, singer, dancer and later doing PR work for major clients and his dad a big art director for both film and TV. Having worked for years in the music business and 10 more in the film business, Brent has a good ear and eye for a classy act. He also did many forms of carpentry, organic growing and odd jobs to finance the artistic projects he was interested in. He managed an opera soprano in London for 4 years as well as another 4 years, managing actors professionally in Los Angeles. Brent has been a poet all his life. He established RHYME CHILD BOOKS and started writing children's books in 2017. He first wrote a series of children's books called the Elementals Series, made up of 5 short and one 74 page book. They will begin to be released soon. His first published children's book is "MAUI DOLPHIN TALE". It is now followed by #2, "HAWAII's HAIRY HONU". (Honu means sea turtle in Hawaiian). Find both BOOKS at AMAZON.Com. He first lived in Hawaii on the island of Oahu, later the big island of Hawaii and for the last 8 years, residing on Maui. Brent is a big fan of ocean swimming and beach tanning. Although he has lived in many parts of the world, 5 years ago he lived with a Hawaiian Family that adopted him and gave him his Hawaiian name "Keala Kekua", which he goes by regularly. It means Pathway of the Gods. Brent, has the unique ability of communicating telepathically. He is also intuitive and an empath. He has apprenticed in several ancient mystery ideologies as well as running one, for several years.
