No kitchens, no bathrooms, water damage from the roof to the walls to the basement. Anyone else would have ripped this house to the ground, but they didn’t. They loved, rehabbed and revitalized ever inch of that house themselves. From the electric to the plumbing; from walls to floors to sidding. Driveways, walkways, moving stairs, building bathrooms and a kitchen… there is not a residential construction issue they haven’t run into at some point. Her husband is a NYC Ironworker and her father an officer for the FDNY/ general contractor; combined forces with Kerin’s design background and her mother’s superiorly well trained eye for aesthetics and composition. They made magic happen. During this time she also had two children and published her first children’s book. Kerin then took her intellectual pursuits into technical engineering, creating the world’s first shock absorber travel mug. Which she received her full US utility patent, with 21 unique attributes in February of 2023. She has since moved into the world of international publishing.
