Kim Ann Curtin is an author, keynote speaker, and internationally recognized executive and trading performance coach. With over 28 years of experience in the finance industry—including nearly a decade on Wall Street, with her last position at one of the world’s top global hedge funds—Kim brings unmatched insight into the mindset and pressures of high-stakes leadership. As the founder of The Wall Street Coach, she works with C-suite executives, institutional and day traders, and entrepreneurs to elevate performance by helping them transform their relationship to money, power, and pressure. Drawing on neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and somatic practices, Kim’s approach is practical, strategic, and deeply human. She does not provide investment or trading advice, but instead offers a framework to help clients develop greater self-awareness, resilience, and decision-making clarity under pressure. Born in Brooklyn, Kim moved to Hawai‘i over a decade ago thanks to her paddling journey and a fated meeting with Hawaiian elder Manny Veincent. Their connection led to her most recent book, Born of Two Oceans, which shares Manny's remarkable life story and the cultural legacy of Hawai‘i. Her first book, Transforming Wall Street: A Conscious Path for a New Future, features interviews with 50 financial industry leaders—including Bill Ackman, John Bogle, and Jim Rogers—and outlines the Five Practices that underpin sustainable and conscious success. Now based on the Big Island of Hawai‘i, Kim continues to serve clients globally through private coaching, speaking engagements, and her podcast The Wall Street Coach. Reviews for Transforming Wall Street: "Kim's book shows how individual financiers can succeed....through conscious capitalism. And to prove her point, she interviews the biggest names on Wall Street who have done exactly that." -John Mackey, Co-Founder & Co-Chief Executive Officer, Whole Foods "Kim Ann Curtin does a real service by showing people that that There's more to Adam Smith than greed and reminding us of what he really believed." -Dr. Craig Smith, School of Social and Political Sciences, The University of Glasgow "Forcibly inspiring! Curtin brilliantly restores our faith in the fact that there is heroism in capitalism. She showcases a select group of practitioners who embrace the philosophy that best business practices are achieved when lives are bettered and communities are strengthened ahead of profits." -Cynthia D. DiBartolo, ESQ. CEO, Tigress Financial Partners, LLC.
