Kimberly Kelley is an Arizona native raised in the small town of Kearny by loving parents and 3 older siblings. Her family was steeped in sports and music, and as a self-proclaimed tom-boy, she excelled in every sport she participated in. After high school, Kimberly enlisted in the U.S. Air Force, serving in Texas, Mississippi, South Carolina, Germany, and England. It was through her time in the military that Kimberly caught the international travel bug. After several years of using a variety of self-help techniques and life transformation practices to make changes in her life and to help her friends, Kimberly decided to train and receive certification in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Hypnotherapy, TimeLine Therapy, Trauma Release, and Life Coaching to open her private practice. When the opportunity arose to move and start a spiritual center in Northern Arizona, Kimberly found her voice and the opportunity to change directions from following her husband and his musical entertainment career to becoming a leader in her own right. She assumed and maintained the role of Spiritual Director of the Center of Universal Light in Cottonwood for the next three years. In 2023, Kimberly released her first book, titled No Blame, No Shame: Living an Empowered Life After Divorce, a self-help book that documents her 3-year healing journey after her husband of 30 years walked out. Through personal stories, processes, techniques, and practices, Kimberly shares the steps she took to make profound changes in her life and to help other women on the same journey. Over her life, Kimberly has survived 4 major traumas: giving up her newborn daughter for adoption; surviving the death of her 2-1/2-year-old daughter, 12 years later surviving the death of her 18-year-old son; and in 2011, nearly losing her own life in an F5 tornado in northeastern Alabama. Each event gave her the opportunity to discover who she was and to re-invent herself. Her intention for her book is to provide support and tools to women in their 40s, 50s, and 60s who also find themselves newly single, whether through divorce or widowhood, to learn how to live their new empowered life.
