Laura Evans is a planner, inactive environmental lawyer, and creator/host of the Keeping Things Alive Podcast. She has accumulated deep knowledge and understanding of environmental law, sustainability, and navigating environmental conflicts while working jobs in the private, nonprofit, and government sectors in both Western New York and Central Texas. Laura is passionate about fostering a better relationship between humans and the Earth. She does this by sharing stories and information that motivate us all to implement more sustainable practices at both the individual and systemic levels. In addition to writing and podcasting, she enjoys being outside, animals, gardening, and cooking with as many herbs and vegetables as possible.
