LAURA LÓPEZ COTO: She is a journalist, scriptwriter and writer, a specialist in Seitai, the Japanese Culture of Health recognized by the Ministry of Education and Science of Japan. She is Director of the Seitai School and a member of the Seitai Foundation. She currently collaborates in Seitai research at several Universities in Japan together with deans and professors who are passionate about this essential culture of life and health. Her online courses have opened the dissemination of this culture of Life and Health to the world. Since 2020, her books have been translated into several languages: English, French, Bulgarian, etc. And she has signed contracts with several international publishers from Spain, Canada, France, Belgium, Switzerland, India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Pakistan, Bulgaria, etc. She has been a disciple and assistant of Master Katsumi Mamine and is the author of the book Seitai Inteligencia Vital, 1st edition 2015, 2nd edition 2022, (EDAF), Seitai Mujer Vital, (2017) and Seitai Katsugen Undo, 2019 with Canal Abierto Editorial. Laura López Coto's professional career has developed in the News Services of Antena 3 TV. She is currently the director of the Production Company Canal Abierto Producciones TV SL that produces reports for the main channels, such as Mediaset. She is an editor at Canal Abierto Editorial. She is dedicated to giving lectures, experiential workshops, advising and introducing Seitai in companies dedicated mainly to sport and creativity. Actors, footballers, tennis players and professionals who require special training in their spontaneous psyche to maintain control in special stressful situations. Her students are spread across the five continents and she is a reference in the field. .
