“I’m the CEO of CLIR Coaching, a woman owned professional services firm dedicated to helping leaders and teams achieve lasting results. I have over 30 years of hands-on experience helping organizations of all sizes, sectors and industries develop strategic leaders who think and execute effectively to drive results. Throughout my career I have had the honor of working with great leaders from the military, government agencies, nonprofits and organizations of all sizes. In each case I am reminded that success is driven by leaders. The work we did with Dr. Kaplan and Norton institutionalized the Balanced Scorecard as a strategy execution framework for many leaders. I have had the honor of leading and founding service firms that have educated, consulted and coached leaders in strategy execution and leadership. I have been inspired by colleagues and clients at every stage of my career. I’m an instructor for Harvard University where I teach Influence & Power in Organizations, Strategic Management and Business Management: From Management to Leadership. I earned a BSBA from Georgetown University, an MBA from Harvard School of Business Administration. I also have a coaching certificate from Fielding Graduate University and am ICF Certified. I live in Boston, MA with my family.”
