As an entrepreneur of 12 years who has coached 100s of women in health, mindset and incorporating spirituality into their business, I approach my work with female entrepreneurs in a holistic way. I hold certifications in coaching, personal training, nutrition and emotional healing, but consider myself an entrepreneur empowerment coach who addresses the whole person, mind, body, heart and soul. Through my speaking, teaching and coaching, I am passionate about reminding women to live out their divine potential: embracing their truth, wielding their superpowers and chasing their joy. In my coaching practice, I work primarily with spiritual entrepreneurs to help them get more grounded in their business habits and develop simple systems to bring their gifts to the world with ease and enjoyment. As a speaker, I offer workshops and retreats around the topics of work-life integration, stress management, productivity, creativity and healing. I also also offer AromaFreedom, a healing therapy which provides the gentle release of negative thought patterns, trapped emotions and limiting beliefs, resulting in the client feeling peaceful and empowered.
