Lauretta Malloy is internationally critically acclaimed. She has a BSc degree and studied psychology and music at Howard University. She is certified in Genealogy Research from the University of Strathclyde and in scriptwriting from The National Film and Television School. As a musician and vocalist, she has worked with and/or opened for Earth Wind and Fire, Queen Latifah and more. Her work with her daughter LeeAnet for Rick Owens at Paris Fashion Week made headlines worldwide and was inducted into over ten museums worldwide. Also, alongside her daughter she is the co-writer of the literary four-part series Speak the Names Tell the Stories on the DC Theater Arts platform and has written for Thrive Global at the request of Arianna Huffington. She is also the President of the 501 c3 non profit organization The Loncie Project Inc.
