On July 4th, 1987, Leslie was in a car accident, leaving him paralyzed from the neck down at 16. Leslie has been in a wheelchair ever since. Since then, he has used his experiences to bring awareness to and advocate for people with disabilities. My first published book, Dad On Wheels, is to educate children and parents about disabilities. Leslie's second book, Anxiety, Depression, and the Bible, is about the personal trials and tribulations that Leslie went through during his depression. Being in a wheelchair and adding anxiety and depression is a recipe for disaster. Leslie turned to the Bible and found answers to challenging times alone in a dark pit. Leslie's third book, in the book of Proverbs in the Bible, is a hidden treasure called "Thirty Sayings of the Wise". I will go through them with you and help you understand each one.
