Lisa Martin is a compassionate, best-selling author, trauma-informed educator, and dedicated advocate for emotional, cognitive, spiritual and physical healing. With a body of work that bridges evidence-based therapy, ancestral healing, and cutting-edge natural remedies, Lisa empowers readers to understand their inner world and reclaim their health—body, mind, and soul. She is a Life and Business Coach, as well as a Relationship Coach, where she helps men and women in all areas of support they need. Her passion is to guide those that have faced difficult situations and help them grow to meet their personal potential and goals. Her journey into writing books has been a long-time coming; as a first-grader, her teacher gave her a letter that said she expected to read her books someday, with a simple hand-drawn picture of a book with her name as the author. After early retirement, Lisa fulfilled her dream of helping others with her coaching and writing books to support that calling. Drawing from both scientific research and a deep understanding of human experience, Lisa writes with clarity, warmth, and purpose. Her mission is simple yet profound: to help others heal deeply, live freely, and remember the power they already hold within. She is deeply committed to empowering individuals through personal and professional development. With more than 40 years of experience in training, coaching and facilitation within retail, banking, finance and upper management leadership, Lisa is a passionate advocate for continuous growth and learning, dedicated to helping people unlock their full potential. In her personal life, she is the mother of a special needs child and a caregiver for diminished capacity individuals. Her practical experience in learning methodology and focused training needs of people who need to learn and function with distinct guidance has given her professional life a unique groundwork to pave the way for nearly anyone to learn and thrive. She also writes with the pen names Beth Faulkner and A.J. Martin.
