I am a Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist based in England and I run clinics both face to face and online. Having suffered in the past with anxiety, panic attacks and poor mental health myself, I love to help people feel more in control of their minds using tools and techniques from both CBT and Hypnotherapy. One of my big passions is helping people with habit breaking, in particular when it comes to quitting alcohol. I decided to go sober myself in 2022 and it's a decision I'm incredibly proud of and happy about. I have written a couple of books on mental health over the years, one of which was published in paperback. However, my book on 'Becoming a Sober Rebel' is my first foray into the world of Kindle and Audiobooks so that it can be purchased and enjoyed instantly... anywhere in the world.
