Growing up in a large and lively blended family of fifteen siblings, she learned to appreciate the value of connection, fun, and creativity early on, a love she still shares with her siblings today. Inspired by the beauty of the outdoors, MK Dalton enjoys working with her hands, whether building intricate wood and metal projects or exploring new ways to bring her imaginative ideas to life. While reading fiction has always been a cherished pastime, it wasn't until her late forties that she found writing to be the perfect outlet for her boundless creativity. Family remains at the heart of MK Dalton's world, and the memories and moments shared with loved ones continue to inspire her stories.
