Hi, I’m Michael William Cobb. My path to health and fitness was not unique but has been shaped by my own struggles and successes like many others. I knew I had to take charge of my life and make permanent changes after having problems with my health and fitness. After making that choice and seeing the results. I really wanted to help other people who are also struggling to get the health and body they want. So, The "No More! Take Control: The Power Series" is what I made to share what I've learned. These guides are full of useful strategies and tips that have helped me. I hope they can do the same for you. I put everything I know into these books, whether it's about balancing hormones, getting stronger, losing fat, or making your mental health better. The first of the series is “No More Man Boobs: Boost Testosterone, Build Muscle and Burn Fat: The Fitness Guide for Men”. I know it’s a mouth full. This is where I started to make the change for myself… understanding my body. I want to give you the tools you need to take care of your health and live the best life possible. Anyone can make the change. It’s your mind, your body, your life. I wrote this book with 30 to 50 something men in mind. We struggle with our weight and well being too even though it isn’t often mention in the general media at large. Many of us suffer in silence. But now we’ve found each other I want to help you learn what you need know to take the steps to get your health where you want it to be and where it needs to be. When I'm not writing, I like to stay busy by doing my favorite things, working-out, trying out new healthy recipes, playing video games and connecting with a growing group of people who are also trying to get healthier.
