Dr. Mari Swingle – Fostering Health & Happiness in the Digital Age Dr. Mari Swingle is a practicing therapist, clinical researcher, author and public speaker of international acclaim. She has delivered two TEDx talks, and multiple keynotes around the globe. --Including Keynote for The Childhood Summit in Brisbane Australia, the Canadian Psychological Association, guest speaker at San Francisco State University, Adler & TWU, Children & Nature Network Conference (US & Canada), University of Aveiro (Portugal), Stockholm, Holland, BFE Venice and Rome (Italy), and numerous talks and workshops closer to home e.g., AAPB & ISNR, Denver, Seattle, Huston and Orlando, World Environmental Conference Vancouver and many, many more. Dr. Mari Swingle holds a PhD in Clinical Psychology, two MA’s (one in Psych. the other in Education) and a BA in fine arts. She is a winner of a prestigious Federation of Associations in Brain and Behavioral Sciences Foundation (FABBS) Early Career Impact Award (2015) "for her major research contributions to the sciences of mind, brain, and behavior” namely for her brain research presented in both editions of her seminal book i-Minds. She is passionate about art and nature, paints and sings, and is a fervent, albeit not exceedingly talented, skier.
