Michael Small came from the Northwest and lives in the mountains near Albuquerque, New Mexico. Michael works as a counselor and a peer support worker. He leads groups that deal with HIV and recovery. Michael has done the hard work and offers a message of hope and self-acceptance and self-healing. Michael graduated from Antioch University with a BA in psycho-spirituality and is studying to become a minister at the Unity Spiritual Center where he is studying to become a Unity Minister. Unity is a practical religion for people who believe in healing the mind, body, and spirit. Michael has song with the Seattle Men's Chorus for 18 years and is currently sing with the New Mexico Gay men's Chorus -This is Michael's first book.
