As a retired Chief Master Sergeant from the U.S. Air Force, I have extensive knowledge and experience in team leadership and personnel development. While serving as the Aircrew Flight Equipment Career Field Manager, I oversaw the leadership and management of over 5,200 Total Force (Active Duty, Air National Guard, and Reserved) Airman and civilian employees as well as the inspection, maintenance, acquisition and sustainment of over $8 billion in critical life sustaining aircrew and passenger safety, survival, and chemical/nuclear defense equipment all around the world. My passion is to develop leaders who, in turn, have a passion to develop leaders.
