Author of the science fiction/fantasy novels, The Deceived and Gray's Requiem. Under the pen name Lynn Story, author of the Gates Point Series of contemporary romance. Milissa L. Story is a native of coastal Virginia and enjoys the outdoors along the water. She is an avid animal lover. One of her many adventures has included volunteering at a living wildlife museum helping to care for animals no longer able to live in the wild. Other riskier adventures include brief stints working in retail and as a bartender. Milissa has always enjoyed storytelling and like many others wrote stories and poetry as a child. In her professional career, she has always found ways to incorporate writing, either by technical writing or preparing class curriculums. She holds degrees in Government & Public Affairs and Public Administration. She lives in Virginia with her husband, who is a librarian and their dog and two cats.
