Nigel is the founder of the health and wellness channel 9KM BY 9AM, Coach, & Mentor, Fellow Royal Society of Arts, Author, and Speaker. Sober since 2020, he is on a mission to share his journey to motivate, educate and inspire as many people as possible to take a break from alcohol and ultimately to live their best life. His transformation, self-help and well-being book WALKING BACK TO HAPPINESS - THE SECRET TO ALCOHOL-FREE LIVING & WELL-BEING is the story of how a 50-something-year-old, who had been locked into the habit of drinking alcohol for over 35 years, finally woke up and said, "I want a different life"; how he found his purpose and in doing so transformed his mind and body; how he lost 30% of his body weight and made anxiety and sleepless nights a thing of the past. A Coach & Mentor specialising in self-development, motivation, mindfulness, movement, alcohol-free living and habit change, Nigel helps clients hone their values, beliefs and goals to find their purpose, aiding their well-being and self-development. Nigel is a graduate of the London School of Economics and holds a Diploma in in Positive Psychology Coaching with Areteway Coaching, an International Coaching Federation and Association for Coaching accredited qualification. He is also an Accredited Sober Coach, awarded by AreteWay Coach. With over 35-years’ experience in creative marketing roles, he has advised global brands including: P&G; adidas; Mars; Motorola; Kellogg’s; Bausch & Lomb; and PepsiCo and held senior positions with the world’s largest advertising and public relations agencies, including Saatchi & Saatchi, Edelman and WPP. In 2000, he founded the boutique marketing and sales agency The Purple Tangerine Limited, now in its 23rd year.
