Oliver Domröse was born in Gießen / Central Hesse in 1979. He grew up there in the district and lived in Hesse until 2012. He has lived on Lake Constance since 2013. Oliver is a long-standing author, blogger, speaker and trauma-sensitive (relationship) coach. He has been training to become a non-medical practitioner for psychotherapy since May 2023. On his website you will find tips on how to deal better with difficult people in relationships. Oliver writes about narcissism, authentic relationships and holistic personal development, among other things. The vision of his work is to reduce suffering in both adults and children through education and support. This suffering results from a lack of contact - with oneself and with others. Oliver does not give hackneyed tips, but writes psychologically sound articles and books based on personal experience. He is very honest with himself and with the reader, he calls a spade a spade.
