Otis Togbah Tarwoe is a dynamic international speaker, project and business Management consultant, policy and Development Analysis, youth activist, leadership and personal development coach, and a certified Communication Expert from West Africa, Liberia. He is a Liberian and a prominent son of Bong County who currently resides in Kigali, Rwanda. He is a student at the University of Lay Adventists of Kigali majoring in Integrated Rural Development with an emphasis in Environmental Policy. Ambassador Tarwoe is an Author of two distinguished transformational Books “Unique Potential of a Pragmatic Leader”, and “The Undefeated You” which straightly focus on Leadership and executing your God-given purpose. He is the Chief Executive Officer and lead consultant of Tarwoe Global Consulting LLC, a professional Business and Leadership consulting company based in Kigali, Rwanda, the Founder/Executive Director of Jonah Togbah School of Leadership and Development, and the Chief Executive officer of Serve Liberia Inc. With a focus on transforming the mindset of young African Leaders, Ambassador Tarwoe has trained and mentored over 2,500 Youth from across the continent of Africa through his Leadership Development institute and professional Certification Program. He is a graduate of the Young Political Leadership School of Africa- Semester Six and a 2021 international delegate to the YOU Square Global Leadership Summit in Kigali, Rwanda. Ambassador Tarwoe is an international Ambassador at Africa Project against suicide, and a former Theirworld Global Youth Ambassador based in the United Kingdom. Otis Togbah Tarwoe is a certified Black Belt Speaker from the United States of America with eight years of professional experience as a speaker and a motivational icon to the youthful community as a Youth Leader. With his passion and commitment to serving humanity, Ambassador Tarwoe has been recognized both nationally and internationally by the following institution. 2021 – iChange Nation Global Youth Add Value International Award 2021 -the USA. CVA Rwanda National Public Speaking Competition First Place Winner and Best Public Speaker 2021) with an international recognition Leadership Award from Master Mind Africa -Nigeria. International Recognition Award of Excellence from the Cameroon National Speakers Association – CANASA-2022. Certified Certificate of completion from (IREX) journalism training program 2016 and an International Diploma of Completion from the World Bible School based in South Africa. As an impassioned and ambitious polyvalent person who is passionate about Youth Life transformation and effective Leadership in Africa, Otis Togbah Tarwoe was given an Award of Recognition from the Guardian of Afro Arab Leadership – Egypt, Caro in 2021, and a certified YALI fellow Cohort 40 majoring the track Entrepreneurship. Globally he is known as the continue of content for the continent of Africa.
