Patti Robinson, PhD, is currently the Director of Training and Program Evaluation for Mountainview Consulting Group (www.Mtnviewconsulting.com). This company was founded in 1998 and won the APA Presidential Innovative Practice Award in 2009. Current projects include consulting, training and writing. Clients at this time include Multnomah County Public Health Department in Portland, OR; Greater Cincinnati Behavioral Health; the Air Force Medical Operations Agency, and Community Health of Central Washington. Dr. Robinson provides trainings in primary care behavioral health and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy all over the world, including Hong Kong, Sweden, Finland, the Netherlands, Spain, Germany, Italy, Great Britain, Australia, New Zealand and the US. She is committed to healthcare transformation and to improving care to all patients, particularly medically underserved. Her interests also include prevention science and use of contextual behavioral science and principles of pro-social group design to enhancing clinician resiliency and primary care team effectiveness. Earlier in her career, she worked as a researcher and clinician for Group Health Cooperative in Seattle, WA and as a Behavioral Health Consultant for Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic in Toppenish, WA. She has 49 professional publications, including 9 books.
