PEGGY ADLER, debuted as an author/illustrator with "The Adler Book of Puzzles and Riddles - Sam Loyd Up To Date"(John Day) in 1962, at the age of twenty. This book was followed by "The Second Adler Book of Puzzles and Riddles" (John Day); "Metric Puzzles", "Math Puzzles" and "Geography Puzzles" (all Franklin Watts) and all five, which had been out of print since the mid-1980s, were republished by BearManor Media, in two volumes, "Peggy's Puzzles" Volumes One and Two. Additionally, she authored "Pallenberg Wonder Bears - From the Beginning" (BearManor Media); award winner "Images of America – Clinton" (Arcadia); IPPY GOLD MEDALIST, "Trilogy: Three True Stories of Scoundrels and Schemers"(BearManor Media) and provided art for the Bronx Zoo and the Humane Society of the United States. Adler is a Marquis "Who’s Who" Lifetime Achievement honoree; a recipient of AFIO's General Stilwell Award; and a former police commissioner, who currently chairs the Town of Clinton, Connecticut’s Historic District Commission.
