Born and reared in North Carolina, Peter Difatta now lives in Raleigh, NC. Earlier in his life, he was a computer systems engineer, a developer of university level educational material, a direct mail marketer and a manager of a trade magazine publisher. When he is not writing or traveling, he is creating music using a music sequencer on his computer. He enjoys writing in various genres and has won the William Faulkner Literary Award for his second novel, Finding Pluck.
