I've always felt a deep desire to help others, though for much of my life, I wasn’t sure how to channel that drive. My teenage years were a period of exploration and uncertainty. Influenced by my father, I initially pursued computer engineering, but after a challenging first year, I shifted both my field and college. I found a better fit in Biological Engineering, specifically in the field of food science. This path led me to work as an assistant science researcher, quality manager, teacher, and consultant. Still, something felt incomplete. Eventually, I transitioned into the world of Fitness and Nutrition, becoming an instructor and personal trainer. Helping others through food and exercise was fulfilling, but I sensed there was still something missing. After several years, I chose to step away from conventional career paths and adopt a simpler life—one that ultimately brought me to writing this book. My academic and professional background has given me a scientific lens through which I view life experiences, a perspective that naturally informs my writing. As for my spiritual journey—well, that is the essence of my story, and in many ways, the story of many. It's a theme explored in more depth within the pages of my book, as condensing it into a brief paragraph simply wouldn’t do it justice.
