She is the Chair of the Multigenerational Workforce Committee for the ASEAN Human Development Organization, Founder of XYZ@Work, and Mentor at The Workplace Accelerator and various other organizations. Previously Chief Strategy Officer APAC for Universum and main Anchor for CFN-CNBC, Rachele is also a member or MENSA.
