Rick and Amy have been married for 29 years and they have three sons. Their oldest son, Mack, tragically died in 2020 at the age of twenty-four. Mack’s younger brother, Cooper (22), is a Transformational Entrepreneurship in Missions/Intercultural Ministry Studies Major at Bethany Global University who loves running extremely long distances. Spencer (16) is a sophomore who loves cross country, track, cheesecake, and is excited for Kansas to grant him his driver’s license. Rick is the Area Director for Search Ministries in Greater Kansas City. God has blessed him with the privilege of introducing people to Jesus and helping them grow in their faith for thirty-three years in California, France, Colorado, Missouri, and Kansas through various church and parachurch ministries. He loves being outside, Kansas Jayhawk basketball and authentic conversations over cups of coffee. Amy loves being a Mom, visual merchandising, and doing relational ministry alongside Rick.
