Rob Filogomo has done many things over the course of his life. Starting off as a 4-year-old vibraphonist, he performed on TV on The Sunny Fox Show. Rob played his music in coffee houses, church groups, and on the streets of Colorado, New York, and Paris. Tired of a musician's hard life, Rob switched gears, went back to school, and received his Master of Science in Information Systems. Before retiring in Sun City Arizona, he has managed data centers, dental offices, and a non-profit. In his retirement he has taught himself video editing, photography, and building websites, primarily to support his wife’s blog. Rob is Sicilian and loves food. Life to him is enjoying a spectacularly prepared meal with special friends. One of his challenges lately is to balance this love of food with his new nutrient-dense, gluten-free way of eating. Fortunately, he is discovering that it can be done, keeping a positive mindset. And of course, his faith. He and his wife have fun exploring new, interesting restaurants, museums, and other events such as guided scorpion night hikes in the White Tank mountains. Visit: www.filofeast.com
