Romee Rae, the author of Manifestation for the Modern Woman & a series of City Travel Guides, is focused on self-care & is a practitioner of all things health & wellness. She aims to share how to use meditation, yoga, healthy eating, and travel to improve mental and physical health. Rae moved from Southern California, experiencing a slow-paced, relaxing childhood. She was raised in a small, coastal beach town by free-spirited parents who were always experimental in all things health & wellness. She moved to New York with an intense craving for love, happiness & new experiences. Rae has found her footing & built a life for herself by implementing healthy, daily self-love rituals. Her focus is the importance of staying grounded, disciplined, & true to yourself. She believes that anybody can access the serendipitous joy of life if they are actively & intentionally present & receptive to it. Rae wants to share her experience & spread the knowledge that she is passionate about. Romee Rae’s goal is to help you achieve your dreams. This matters deeply to her given that her own experiences completely changed her life & massively impacted her success & overall happiness.
