This led him on a 30-year journey to discover and create the 7-step MacklinConnection Method and the launching of MacklinConnection and ImaginalCommunity at mighty networks so that others could learn over the course of a few months what he has discovered throughout his career. In his professional journey, Ron is known for leading teams to remarkable achievements, including setting nine world records and attaining over 5 million hours of operational safety. These accomplishments are a testament to a culture steeped in connectivity, mutual respect, and shared goals.
