Ronald G. Nathan, Ph.D. is a practicing psychologist and an award-winning, former Professor at Albany Medical College who developed the country's first required stress management course for medical students. Dr. Nathan co-authored Stress Management: A Comprehensive Guide to Wellness which was a Book-of-the-Month Club and a Prevention Book Club selection. Dr. Nathan's interview about New Year's resolutions with USA Today made front page news and his work has been featured in Men's Health, Cosmopolitan, and Family Circle. Dr. Nathan served as an Associate Editor of the American Journal of Health Promotion for eight years. Since 1998, he has contributed and updated the "Stress" entry for The World Book Encyclopedia.
