Hi, my name is Sam Hill. I'm an entrepreneur, internet marketer, fitness enthusiast, and a self-help junkie. Progress is key to moving forward and happiness. Time does not wait for anyone and that is why my philosophy revolves around "adapt or perish". The purpose,I believe, being an author for me or for any author is to reach out to people from all over the world and add value to their lives and make them better people, solve their problems and ultimately help them. This is why I publish self-help books and help people overcome obstacles I have been through. My first book example being about carbs and fat loss. I was a carb eating junkie and it wasn't long before I realised that going to the gym wasn't doing much at all to my physical state. Since then not only have I transformed my body but also my life because at that point not only was I fat but I was broke and I hit rock bottom. It is really important to look after yourselves and to keep becoming better than you were yesterday. Let's together transform ourselves into better beings! Since my roller coaster ride, I invested in mentors and most importantly I invested in myself. As a result, I received abundance of value from life. I started to read lots of books and acquiring knowledge. It helped me become positive enabling me to be the man I am today. I now have a beautiful family, a succesful business and I am striving to keep climbing the ladder of success and to take all my readers to do exactly the same and ride along with me along this journey!
