Hello, I am Sandra Polli Holstein and I was born with my twin sister in Zurich. In 1998 I moved to Hamburg and now live in beautiful Schleswig-Holstein. My life went according to plan - better yet, I lived my dreams. As a country girl I made it as a musical actress on the boards that mean the world and there I met the man of my life. 20 years later: I am married, a successful professional manager, mother of a son, and then the day comes that changes everything. Unsuspecting for a checkup at the clinic, I didn't come back home. Instead, I received a shock diagnosis of cancer. From the very beginning, I talked openly about my experiences, feelings, therapy and the sometimes pretty crazy hospital and insurance madness in my blog "Polli's Seitenblicke". That's how the audiobook "DAS LEBENSDINGENS - jetzt erst recht!" An autobiography about my year with cancer, which was published in 2020 and re-released in 2021 as "rumgeKREBSt - mit Chemo, Charme und Schabernack",. Since then I know that crises are also always the chance for new paths and today I work as a book and audio book author. As a relaxation trainer, I also know how important relaxation is in the sometimes hectic everyday life and write, among other things, "FANTASIEREISEN", audio books to dream, relax and be happy. Recently, there is also a wonderful children's book - "Fantasiereisen ins Land der Träume" relaxation and goodnight stories to read aloud. As an educator, I am passionate about developing bullet journals that include motivational questions for self-reflection, beautiful quotes and sayings. A few thought-provoking texts are also included and because they are 'all in one' journals, checklists, weekly and financial planners are of course not to be missed. I want to bring people back to themselves more. Writing helped me through the most difficult time of my life and I would like to share these experiences.
