Dr. Sarah Andreas has a Master of Business Administration degree and her Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from Johnson University. A lifelong learner, Sarah is a Kent State Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, a Project Management Professional (PMP), and a DISC® Facilitator. She uses these skills to help her clients identify their current state, future state, and develop a strategy plan to move forward on their career journey. Her first book, Career Advancement Strategies for Emerging Leaders, was released in 2016. It was written to help young professionals discover simple things that could hold them back in their career. Sarah has worked in the motorcycle industry for 14+ years. Riding a Harley-Davidson motorcycle is one of her favorite summer pastimes. Sarah lives on a 250+ acre farm in Strasburg, Ohio, with her husband Dan and their son Marcus. Yes, she knows how to drive a tractor and ride a Harley-Davidson motorcycle! When she is not riding her motorcycle, Sarah is an author, speaker and coach. As the founder of WiseWood LLC, she shares that her purpose in life is to teach, research, coach and write about leadership development. Sarah often shares an African Proverb: “If you want to go fast, go alone, if you want to go far, go together.” Sarah believes that by building and maintaining relationships we can create growth and development for everyone. It is this belief that started Sarah on the journey to write Women Who Ride. You can contact Sarah via email at sarah@wisewoodllc.com
