Sav Uong started telling stories one night when she was six years old. Like many six-year-olds at bedtime, she claimed not to be tired. Her very tired mother instructed her to tell herself a story – silently – in her head. Her mom could not have known that this simple instance of parenting would shape her daughter’s entire imagination. Sav’s nighttime stories would come to her night after night until they were finally let out. Over the years, Sav put these stories to paper and in 2023 she published her first novel The Cat’s Maus. Sav lives in Florida with her family and continues to write more stories coming soon.
