Born in Petaluma, California and raised on Mercer Island, Washington, Mr. Nobmann grew up a fan of all things Calvin & Hobbes and Roald Dahl. One of his dreams is to wake up to find an original cell of Calvin & Hobbes sitting against his front door, with a handwritten note from Bill Watterson that lovingly reads, "Here. Leave me alone already." A graduate of Brigham Young University and Duke Law, Mr. Nobmann spends his days as a litigation attorney at his own firm in Utah. His evenings are spent with his wife, Katherine, and their four sons. With four sons, some say he would have made a great King--Mr. Nobmann says, "God just knows how much I like to play frisbee at the park."
