Sara Q. Samaan, also known as Señora Samaan, is a writer, engineer, educator, speaker, and researcher with a deep passion for neuroscience and quantum physics. Through her books, she guides readers on a journey toward happiness and the cessation of suffering. Born in Bogotá, Colombia, she earned her engineering degree from Universidad Javeriana before relocating to New Jersey to start a family. As her two sons grew, she transitioned into teaching, driven by a strong commitment to nurturing young minds. After the tragic loss of a student to suicide, Sara felt a deep call to action. She launched an initiative that rapidly transformed the entire school, which ignited a powerful realization: young people and parents need effective tools and strategies for emotional well-being. Motivated by this insight, Sara now focuses on promoting kindness, happiness, and mental health awareness, working toward her mission of fostering harmony in individuals and society to create a better world for all.
