Stephanie Caprini loves bringing strong characters to life in stories that help readers work through real life events. Her first book focuses on the truths and realities of what it is like living with and trying to recover from an eating disorder. While based on her own struggle with bulimia, the story is fictional. Her second novel spotlights the generational and personal debates about what it means to be successful and how love and relationships are navigated and appreciated. The Quotes in Spanish books grew into being from her time teaching. What Faye Loves is the beginning of what Stephanie hopes will be a children’s books collection of stores of Ein (Einstein) and Faye. She is thrilled to be giving a portion of the proceeds from Faye’s book back to local animal rescues. She also writes a blog (www.truthsc.com) and hopes to continue writing stories with strong main characters.
