About Stephen Lynch: Do you want better results in your business? Stephen Lynch is the author of the award-winning book; “Business Execution for RESULTS: a practical guide for leaders of small to mid-sized firms”. The book was judged Winner in the “Management” category of the 2014 Small Business Book Awards in the USA. He’s also written articles on strategy and management for The Economist magazine. For two decades, Stephen has facilitated thousands of strategic planning sessions. He previously managed a global team of more than fifty strategy consultants and has personally coached hundreds of companies in the USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand to implement their plans effectively. As a speaker, Stephen has delivered keynote presentations, webinars, and training workshops to tens of thousands of business leaders worldwide on strategy execution and management best practices. He returned to New Zealand in 2020 after spending 12 years living in North America. Fun facts: Stephen was 'Mr. New Zealand' bodybuilding champion 1993, and competed in NZ’s Strongest Man competition, an event that included him pulling a Kenworth truck, rolling cars, and lifting 410 Kg (903 lb) barbells. The event was described on TV as being like “A screen test for a Schwarzenegger movie”.
