Stephen Littlewood has a passion for service. He is a retired US Marine Chief Warrant Officer-3, with 20 years of experience in the Intelligence Community and Humanitarian Aid and Disaster Relief Operations. Littlewood continues his service through volunteering with Civil Air Patrol, Community Emergency Response Teams (CERT), Search and Rescue (SAR), The Travis Manion Foundation, and Royal Lao Airborne. He brings his experience in emergency preparedness, management, and response to those interested in layperson responder certifications, professional rescue services, sUAS pilot training and deployment, and firearm safety and marksmanship training through his company, RSQ Training, LLC. Littlewood is a certified Instructor and Lead Evaluator for the National Association for Search and Rescue. Littlewood is also a certified running and endurance sports coach through his company, Ultra Flunkie Running Company, LLC. He provides runc coaching for new and experienced athletes, training to accomplish their goals. Littlewood focuses on new athletes attempting new distances, endurance athletes, and tactical athletes. He also provides consulting services supporting training and coach development strategies to local sports and recreational organizations. Stephen is certified through RRCA, USATF, and UESCA. He shares his passion for trail and ultra running with his beautiful wife, who is a world class Dragonboat athlete and coach.
