Tammy Horvath is a Christian author and speaker, happily married, and the mother of her only child, Luke Yuzwa, who is in heaven. She writes memoirs in the 5-book Journeys Through Life series. 1: Gone in an Instant shares the story of losing Luke to a murderer’s bullet and how Tammy forgave his killer. 2: In Life Begins With Travel, Tammy faces her fears and finds her smile, especially while traveling. 3: In Deep Inside, Tammy tries to solve her son’s murder while facing her pain and finding her peace. 4: Exploring Mountains and Beaches shares island misadventures along with hikes through the intriguing Canadian Rockies. 5: One Text Away differs from the other books. In it, a younger, attractive doctor propositions Tammy. How far will she go to feel loved? Whether climbing pyramids in Mexico, scaling glaciers in Iceland, or island hopping in the Caribbean, Tammy lives life to the full. She loves reading on the beach, playing pool, or singing karaoke—although she’s severely voice challenged and her husband only lets her sing at home. She’s volunteered with a Christian nonprofit and lives in western Pennsylvania.
