As a child, Tasha Sheipline wanted to be a ballerina, marry a doctor, and have a pony. Since none of these dreams came to fruition, she became a teacher instead. Teaching others has proved an empowering endeavor. An avid reader, Tasha has a long held belief that you can never have too many books. Her favorite authors include Alison Weir, William Shakespeare, Edgar Allan Poe and Jane Austin. She is certainly not opposed to sprinkling in a good Tessa Dare romance novel when time allows. She began writing as a creative outlet, and it soon blossomed into a real passion. A lover of history, Tasha has a specific fondness for the medieval through early modern eras. She loves to infuse characters and events from these areas into her writing. Her favorite pastimes include traveling, watching historical documentaries, and adding to her growing collection of antique books. Tasha lives in a small town in Ohio with her husband, children and two corgi's.
